Beverly Hills 90210 è una serie televisiva, di produzione statunitense, molto popolare negli anni novanta. La serie fu creata dai produttori Aaron Spelling e Darren Star. Il 90210 del titolo si riferisce allo Zip Code (termine con cui negli USA si indica il codice di avviamento postale) del quartiere residenziale losangelino.
Il telefilm segna una nuova epopea della serialità televisiva mondiale. È il primo vero "teen drama in television history that is to be the next production of series like Dawson's Creek, Party of Five, Buffy, The OC, One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl and all those to come. For the first time a TV show aims to tell the teenagers for what they were and still are dealing with sensitive issues such as drugs, AIDS, sex, alcohol and homosexuality.
Well, here check the new 90210 or better yet another spin off of the original, where we follow the life and vicissitudes of Wilson family just moved from Kansas, composed of brothers and Annie Dixon, the mother physiotherapist and former athlete Debbie Wilson, Wilson Harrison by his father, a former graduate of West Beverly Hills High and now dean of the new school, and Tabitha Wilson, the matriarch of the family and former star of TV in the 70s. Nel telefilm interpreterà l'insegnante di recitazione; ritornerà inoltre il proprietario del "Peach Pit Diner", Nat Bussichio (Joe E. Tata), questa volta con un nuovo locale, che diventerà il punto di incontro dei fratelli Wilson e amici. Ann Gillespie invece rivestirà i panni di Jackie Taylor, madre di Kelly Taylor e Erin Silver. Ancora incerta è la partecipazione di Jason Priestley (Brandon Walsh), Ian Ziering (Steve Sanders), Brian Austin Green (David Silver) e Gabrielle Carteris (Andrea Zuckerman). Esclusa del tutto invece la partecipazione di Luke Perry, alias Dylan McKay.
E' stato già confermato che la serie andrà in onda in Italia a partire dal 2009 in esclusiva su Rai 2.
La prima stagione sarà composta di 18 episodi.
